ZOHOcitizens is a collective of entrepeneurs, residents and involved people in ZOmerHOfkwartier, near the centre of Rotterdam. We are developing ZOHO to an even better place where we can work, relax and live. With enough room for experiment, for freethinkers and for makers. >> We believe in open communication and collaboration. So we do work together with local government, housingcorporation Havensteder and other real estate owners in the area. >> Recently we are involved in the upcoming tender in which a big part of the offices in ZOHO will be sold. For that reason we formulated 5 main principals. These are for us the most important characteristics for the future of ZOHO.
